Lisa Wells, BA, CFRE, FFINZ
Lisa has a background in education, writing and management. Over the last 22 years she has directed fundraising programmes for organisations all over New Zealand, successfully raising targets ranging from $100,000 to $30,000,000+.
As well as leading workshops and mentoring on personal asking, organisational analysis, planning, copywriting and elements of the Annual Fund Development Programme, Lisa is a faculty member of Indiana University’s Center on Philanthropy and facilitates their Fund Raising School courses within New Zealand.
Lisa is a past President and a Fellow of the Fundraising Institute of New Zealand and a past Chair of its Ethics Committee. She holds the international qualification of Certified Fund Raising Executive (CFRE). This qualification is awarded on the basis of knowledge, experience, results and service to the profession and Philanthropic sector.

John is a specialist in organisational analysis, strategic planning and change management. He most often works with clients through the direction of Fundraising Feasability Studies & Campaigns.
John’s professional background includes 25 years with Housing Corporation and the Rural Bank. While there he managed the restructuring and ultimate sale of the bank. A voluntary interest in church planned giving, and an involvement in the successful Capital Fundraising Campaign for St Joseph’s Cathedral in Dunedin led John to consider working in Fundraising 15 years ago. He has developed considerable skills in assessing institutional readiness and identification of strategies for success. This means that his astute Fundraising Feasibility and Planning studies lead to outstanding Campaign result for the client.
John has a particular interest in working with sports groups, schools, churches and community groups. He is committed to personal empowerment as a means of achieving institutional objectives and his passion for excellence ensures that client goals are achieved.
